Embedded wallet — host harness

Replays the parent half of apps/farcaster-web/src/components/EmbeddedWallet.tsx: the fcinit ACK, the four transferred ports, and the five logical channels. Everything the real client can ask the wallet, you can ask it here.

Demo build. Create a throwaway wallet here — the phrase is generated in your browser and never leaves it, but do not put real funds in a wallet you are running from someone else's domain. Read the source, then serve it yourself.
